The Kilkenny Digital Archive is an initiative of Kilkenny County Library and the ICT Department of Kilkenny County Council. This digital collection will give a flavour of the collections of images and memorabilia held by the library. In addition to this Kilkenny Library is working with local communities and organisations to both digitise and mount collections of local and national interest. The Graiguenamanagh Memories collection is such a project where Kilkenny Library has worked with the local community in partnership with Kilkenny Leader to collect and make images accessible to all. This archive aims to gather information and safeguard photos and images preserving it for future generations .
