Included are:
CR/K 96: This is a draft of a complaint against Alderman Richard Connell for activities connected with Irishtown resulting in an action against Joshua Hadock by the Bishop of Ossory. No Date recorded - c. 1700-1720
CR/K 97: Copy of the deposition or affidavit of Ebenezer Warren and six alderman of the city, relating to proceedings at an assembly held on 29th April 171 for the election of an Alderman in place of the Earl of Inchiquin, who had resigned and requested that Mr. John Blunded be elected in his place- and protesting at the 'several irregularities' in the election of Mr. Robert Shervington Fitz Michael one of the candidates as an alderman in the place of the Earl. Dated 18 May 1717.
CR/K 98: Copy of the deposition of Lieutenant Garret, describing how he on applying himself to several Alderman in order to obtain votes to be chosen a common council man. Dated 29 May 1717.
CR/K 99: Copy of a protest against a bye law made on the 10 May 1717, that all candidates for Mayor of the City could be nominated only by the Mayor Aldermen. Dated 17 July 1717.
CR/K 100: Copy of the letter to the Lord Chancellor from Ebenezer Warren about the Whigs and Tories of Kilkenny; the latter the tories in conjunction with papists endeavour to their power the destruction of our present happy constitution. Informing the Chancellor about several persons being Alderman of the city who have the character of Tories and who at all elections strenuously approved in favor of such who had been papist or marryed to popish wives, or other reputed Torys. Dated 3 July 1717.
CR/K 101: Affidavits of William Baxter and Edward Evans, and of the Alderman and common councilmen of Kilkenny; concerning the manner of naming the Alderman as candidates for the Mayoralty and the irregularities of proceedings for the election of Mayor in 1717 and the making of a pretended by Law in May of that year. Dated 6 July 1717
CR/ K 102: Depositions of Alderman John Desarrey, Mayor Elect and Ebenezer Warren , Esq. giving evidence that on Sunday, 14th July, John Dessarey, being Mayor Elect and approved of by the government did in pursuance of the ancient usage and custom meet John Birch Esq. present Mayor in the Tholsel in order to wait on him to the church, and placing himself on the left hand of the Mayor was interrupted by Robert Connell Alderman, who said to the Mayor that notwithstanding the Governments approbation of him that he was not the Mayor Elect and was joined by Mayor John Birch, who said that he would send home the King's sword and mace and walk to church without them or his gown. Dated 1717.

CR/K 104: Copy of the summons, to all the Aldermen and Common Councilmen to appear that day to swear to John Dessary Alderman, Mayor, in the place of John Birch Esquire, late Mayor now disfranchised by Act of Parliament, and to swear Thomas Sandford Esq. and Samuel Riddock Gentlemen, Sheriffs. Dated 23 December 1717.
